Ghetto-era works
Lejzerowicz's signature from a 1941 drawing now at the Ghetto Fighters' House in Israel. Note that he calls the location "L Getto 1941." He avoids the issue of referring to the city with the new name given it by the German authorities, "Litzmannstadt." L could stand for either "Litzmannstadt" or "Łódź."
